2024年3月多伦多中国护照更换记录（已经可以线下提交和领取护照）

 

1 手机APP

多伦多领事馆因私普通护照更新依然通过APP提交申请材料。下载“中国领事”APP，手机上就能完成申办过程。

需要说明的是，

• 更换普通护照无需纸质照片，APP界面已经更新且明确说明此点；
• 自己用手机拍摄照片完全可行，我就是用iPhone XR帮家人拍照通过；
• 手拿近三天主流当地报纸的照片也完全可以自己拍摄；
• 可以选择邮寄或者人肉提交旧护照和领取新护照；

通过邮寄方式，请参考2023年11月多伦多中国护照更新记录。本文仅记录人肉方式提交旧护照和领取新护照。

2 所需材料及其费用

人肉方式相比邮寄既简单又省钱。只需要在APP显示“复审中”后，前往领事馆提交

• 申请人护照原件
• 需申请人亲自前往（16岁以下可以监护人代办，需持出生证）

当APP显示“待取证/待邮寄”时，前往领事馆领取新护照时，

• 带上Debit卡就可以了，每本护照23加刀。

3 参考时间线

• 2024-02-25 “中国领事”APP中提交申请，显示“初审中”
• 2024-02-27 “中国领事”APP显示初审通过，“复审中”，可以人肉提交旧护照了
• 2024-02-28  前往领事馆上交旧护照
• 2024-02-29 “中国领事”APP显示“待制证”
• 2024-03-13 “中国领事”APP显示“待取证/待邮寄”
• 2024-03-14  前往领事馆领取旧和新护照

从申请到拿到新护照，一共用了不到20天，人肉就是比邮寄快。
